This quirky Texas event was a huge hit in 2006 and the grills are heating up for 2007. While not a traditional wine pairing, it is a taste treat that fits perfectly in the Texas summer. Special guest Aygline Pechdo, national brand manager for Georges Duboeuf, will select the wines and share her vast knowledge of Beaujolais and other French wines.
