Featuring Valter Roman the Tuscan Chef from Italy! The Premiere Event! Wine Week salutes culinary experts in Italian cuisine in the Chef Showcase. Chef demonstrations live on stage at the Grand Tasting along with over 500 outstanding wines and 50 restaurants serving fine foods personally prepared by renowned Chefs from around the globe along with regional and local restaurants serving their finest.
A charity silent auction will offer rare opportunities and fine selections and the event closes with a live auction featuring exclusive opportunities such as in-home private wine tasting parties, hands-on training by masterful chefs, a trip to California Wine Country where you'll have a private tour and tasting or you could be the lucky bidder and find yourself in Italy dining in a castle and touring Tuscany.
