Ken McIntyre, Gia Russa
Trained at Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA, Chef Ken McIntyre's culinary expertise is in the preparation of fine Italian food. As a member of the Gia Russa culinary staff, Chef McIntyre is actively involved in the creation of this premier Italian food line and takes great pride in introducing consumers to the brand through entertaining in-store cooking demonstrations and cooking classes.
His seasoned experience evolved as the result of over twenty-five years experience in various aspects of the food industry. He has served as head chef in restuarants and country club settings, is experienced in corporate event menu and preparation planning and still finds time for what he enjoys most, "selective" private catering. His reputation as a fine chef and his personable, easy going demeanor has afforded him the opportunity to prepare and coordinate events for many celebrities, including Dan Marino, former Quarterback of the Miami Dolphins, and Denise and John York, Owners of the San Francisco Forty-Niners.
